2. Which data do we process?
Depending on your use, we process your name, organisation, business email address, telephone number, message, answers to the AI-first process assessment, calculated scores, deployment profile, recommended process layer and limited technical information required to operate the website securely.
3. Why do we process this data?
We use this data to answer your request, discuss your assessment result and potential pilot, prepare our services, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not use assessment answers to make fully automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Legal bases
When you submit a form, we process data on the basis of your consent and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in following up a business conversation or proposal you requested. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal has no retroactive effect.
5. Retention periods
We do not retain data longer than necessary. Website leads that are not followed up are generally deleted no later than 24 months after collection. Different periods may apply when a customer relationship or statutory retention obligation arises. Security logs are retained for shorter periods unless an incident investigation requires longer retention.
6. Recipients and transfers
We share data only with service providers required for hosting, security, communication and business operations, or where the law requires it. We enter into appropriate agreements with processors. If processing occurs outside the European Economic Area, we use a legally recognised transfer mechanism and assess appropriate safeguards.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including access restrictions, encrypted connections, logging and controlled changes. No system is absolutely secure; we therefore review and improve measures periodically.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent. Send requests to contact@unit2.ai. We may request additional information to verify your identity.
9. Complaint
If you believe we process your personal data incorrectly, please contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
