1. Scope
These terms apply to use of the UNIT2 website. Services, implementations, software and support are supplied only under a separate written agreement.
2. Information and demonstrations
Website content is general and informative. Interactive process layers and examples illustrate how a system may work; they are not a commitment about a specific implementation. Technical, legal and organisational suitability is assessed for each application.
3. AI-first process assessment
The assessment provides an automated initial indication based on answers you provide. The result is not professional, legal, financial, security or compliance advice and does not replace a risk assessment, DPIA, conformity assessment or technical design.
4. Intellectual property
Text, design, interactive elements, methods, brand names and other content are owned by UNIT2 or the relevant rights holder. You may normally view and share the website internally, but may not copy, publish, reverse-engineer or reuse it commercially without permission.
5. Permitted use
You may not use the website to disrupt its operation, bypass security measures, distribute malicious code, submit unlawful content or process another person's data without authority.
6. Availability
We aim to provide a secure and useful website but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Functionality may be changed, temporarily restricted or discontinued for maintenance, security or product development.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, UNIT2 is not liable for indirect loss or decisions based solely on website information or an assessment result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
8. External links
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. UNIT2 does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or data processing.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
